why this, now
Picks up the concrete thread she left on 13 Aug and the 12 Aug commit, and gives her an easy technical re-entry point instead of another open-ended 'how's it going'.
Samantha is talking regularly but barely building: one commit in the last 21 days (12 Aug, Treasured_Paradise) and she has been on Trello card '13 - Own Project - Define Data structures / sources' for 170 days, with her last self-logged time entry 151 days old. Her own messages explain why — a family/life emergency through mid-August, work that is 'mentally draining', and a feeling of being lost about how to organise a first big 3D game. She is still engaged with the material (game architecture and Game Design Patterns books, Unity animation, Docker/server videos) and responds to coaches within a day or two, so this is a time-and-scope problem rather than disengagement. Alexandros' 'how's life?' on Sun 30 Aug is the last message in the chat and has not been answered yet.

She asked for this on 22 Aug and hasn't had a direct answer; it also reframes the 170-day Trello card as something small enough to finish in a bad week.
Uses her own words from 26 Aug to hold a light commitment, and names the reading-vs-building gap without making her feel judged for a genuinely hard month.

CLIENT Samantha Yocius Thank you, So I am watching more videos and all of the docker and server videos - do I need to at this time get a server/docker? Or is this something I will need later on when I am in the spot of sharing my game. (or maybe not that way). I am still watching becuse it is great information.
CLIENT Samantha Yocius I have also be feeling kind of lost and I understand that that could be because work has been eating up all my time and not only that but mentally draining and havent been spending my time on what I am passionate about but I did get some books about game architecture and structure. There are times when everything I need to do yet gets overwhelming. Is there anything I can do or reference to help with not becoming overwhelmed. Being my first ever big time 3d game and other than what we have made and some other frogger/pong like games I have made, I just didnt know if there was a better way to organize what needs to be accomplished. I know that I have my game document but I also understand there is way more involved and that is just an overview.
